Header level text should be automatically updated for all the line item level in T codes FB60 etc.

Hello SAP Gurus,

We have a client requirement -like if they update text in the header level the same text should get updated automatically for all the line item in text field( for T codes FB50, FB60, FB70, F-28, F-02, F-53).

1) Is it possible through Substitution- if possible what should i mention in the Prerequisite and check part also let me know at which level should i define the new substitution rule, whether it should be in the header level, line item level or the complete document level.

2) whether possible through substitution process or should i need to involve my technical guy for this.

• In prerequisite, you could try transaction code value in a list or set, and a 'if header text is not initial and item text is initial'  (second is optional) I would suggest item level (not header...)
• There is no check in substitution (but in validation 🤔)
• No Exit and code should be required (just authorization to OBBH and transport request)
