Hi Experts,
My client wants to implement Headcount planning,
they want to plan head count and salaries by costcentre , and the source we are getting the data is from HR.
I just want to know ,In general how do we plan the salaries as the data is very sensitive, and how do we restrict the same in BW level and BPC level.

As any project, security aspect plays a key role. Head count planning will typically done by HR department and in any case, they will have all the salary details. Set appropriate data access profiles and secure the dimensions.Enable data and activity audit trails. Hope this helps.
