Hi,
Integrated scenario BRIM.
What might mean the error message "SAP CC error: temporary unallowed status with original text: Guiding Service Pool queue is full" during rating CIT's for Partner Agreements (Partner Settlement contracts).
SAP documentation points plenty of parameters which might be bottleneck in this situation . It can be on guider or dispatcher level if I good understand. Please correct me if I am wrong.
Looking for one or few parameters names to start with.

This error can appear if you are sending a high number of request on the same subscriber account
Please make sure you are not doing this

This error is coming from the Guider you're right

All the parameters you are looking for are starting with "STATEFUL_SERVICE_QUEUE_"

thank you very much.
Unfortunatelly we need to rate a dozen of thausends of CITs per subscriber account. So if I good understand we can increase amount of CIT's processed in one batch, but we won't avoid the pool size error. So we need to run batches all over again until we process all CIT's.
Am I right?
