GTS - Statistical value is outside the mean value (mean value on eigenmass)

Dear Experts,

In GTS system, when we are getting reply from customs through inbound Idocs, we are getting following error message -

Message reference: traderItemID: 0000000001
Message text: Statistical value is out of range
Mean value limit (mean value on inherent mass)
Message cause: E015b
Statistics Check

Do you have any idea about the possible root cause? I have checked the statistical value in export declaration. It is fine.

Hi Amol,

Thanks for your further information. From a little research, I can find that product for around half that value; however I would have thought that the Customs system would allow more flexibility.

My suggestion would be to create an Export Declaration in a test system, and use around half the value, to see if it is then accepted. Otherwise, contact the customs authority and discuss the problem with them.

More information is needed:

• What is the trading country (which Legal Regulation)?
• What is the Commodity Code?
• What is the Net Weight?
• What is the Statistical Value?

Trading country is "CH", Commodity code is "29181610", Net weight is "7.650" KG and Statistical Value is "148.514,82" CHF
