GTS- No data available to request vendor-based LTVDs

Hello GTS experts,

I can see the Material appears in the Vendor LTVD worklist but while issuing the LTVD I am getting the below error msg. What could be the reason? I have check the BoM/Material/Vendor and everything seems intact.

I also looked into the KBA 2460978 and all outlined steps are intact. We urgently need to issue LTVDs as year-end is approaching. Please help me troubleshoot this issue.

Can anyone please chime in? This issue has become the bottleneck now and we can't issue LTVDs to a bunch of vendors for this reason.
