GTS Import declarations based on SAP ECC and Non- SAP system feeder system data

Hi experts,

I have a business case in which GTS system needs to integrate with both SAP and non-SAP systems for the creation and update of import customs declaration. My client uses SAP ECC for Purchase orders and inbound deliveries a non-SAP system for goods receipts and issues.

Customs declaration is required upon the creation of Inbound Delivery from SAP ECC. Subsequently the quantity corrections from goods receipt postings in the non-SAP system needs to update the originally created import customs declaration.

The purpose of doing this is to:

1. Update bonded inventory list in SAP GTS

2. Update duty liability based on receipts

3. Prepare a supplementary declaration for lodging with customs ( via broker ) at the time of goods released for free circulation.

Please provide some insights on how to 'merge' SAP and non-SAP system data into GTS customs declaration.
