Dear Guru,
Is there anyway to set-up in GTS email notification functionality, if any user is on leave/no more in organization then it should go to his back-up person. Like how we set up in our out of office mail contact so and so person / e-mail forwarding option ?
Second Would it be an option to set up multiple email addresses –for example the direct email address of a sales person plus the general email address?

Hi Ramesh,
I don't think it's the role of GTS to act as a sophisticated e-mail system. Instead, I think you should use the fairly standard features of applications like Microsoft Outlook to achieve the solutions that you mention.
The e-mail address entered into GTS can of course be that of a Group account, and auto-forwarding is available in most commercial e-mail systems.
