GTS decrease delivery quantity - error in Licence quantity decrementation

Hi,

Would you please assist on the following issue? Your help is greatly appreciated.

We have a problem related to GTS 7.1 reselase.

In the feeder system - ECC 6.0, on VL02N when changing (decreasing) actual delivery quantity (LFIMG) at item level, the change does not reflect in GTS at the license level. The quantity is not getting decremented correctly on the license. It only works correctly if the quantity is increased.

Did anyone experience the same issue?

Hello Ligia,

Yes, we are on 7.2 and have the same issue. For us we have found if we use an Assignment type (change indicator) of A1 (manually, cannot be changed by system) on the license assignment than if the delivery has a qty change it does not automatically update the license. We have in place an alert that notifies the compliance department when such situations happen so they can correct the license assignment.
