GTS Check Excluding some items

Hello Expert,

I am creating a Sales order where I have header item category is TAQ and sub-items category is TAE. Now when I check in the GTS system some of the items have excluded from chek attached screen shot fro your reference.

Now that I look at your print screen, closer, I see that the items are completed. So, in the ERP, these line items are marked as completed.... Therefore, no check.

Please Accept my Apologies for very late response, as i am not so active due hectic project schedules.

yes, that might be one reason. hope you might have resolved this issue.

please let me know what is the root cause of the issue ? it may be helpful for me and many of our SAP friends.

Hi Srinivas,

if there is no subsequent documents are created in ECC, i hope you can still activate the new check in GTS.

try to re-transfer the SO again to GTS by making any minor changes and test it. it should work.

please let me know if it is not happened again.

Hi Srini,

I updated SO and re-transferred same issue legal control not checking for license. The thing is that only one line item is not confirmed which is zero that is not checking for legal control and for another line item which is confirmed that is checking for legal control and the item category is same for the both line item. Is that the cause if so then how to fix ?

Hi Ravi,

I am not sure, there is any note available for this.

but if the subsequent documents are created in ECC, then you cannot activate the ITREC field in CUIT table in GTS.

the only option i see is to do some development with the help of your technical consultant and do activate those item fields in the document.

In ECC only Sales Order has created nothing else.

Hi Ravi,

During the screening in GTS, the system checks field ITREC has activated or blank in the Table : /SAPSLL/CUIT for each line item. if the field is blank means, Item is not relevant for check. if the ITREC field is active means, item is relevant for Check.

so, this is depends with reference to the product status from feeder system.

so, please check those BoMs and its components might be in completed status in ECC or S/4 system.

I can see order status in line item it has completed in ECC and in ITREC field status showing blank in GTS for line item 90,100,110. Here is the screen shot of GTS, as you can see line item 90,100,110 which is blue those line items in ECC confirm quantity is ZERO and remaining item quantity is confirmed but all the line item of status tab is completed in ECC system. Here I am trying to understad the process, if the line has not confirmed then why it flowing into GTS, Even though if it's flowing into GTS then it should screen the items.

Please help me understand

If quantity is zero, then no relevant for checking.

Hi Dean,

Still I need your help,

I have quantity and my sales order line item is still open because not yet delivered. If I have an order with line items then those line itesm should update in GTS not like it should show as 'Completed line item' as per previous screen shot.

Could you please let me know is there any SAP note for this or any clude?

Hello Ravi,

Did you check the line items in the sales order? Check the status tab.

Hi Dean,

My document is Sales order BOM where header line item category is- TAQ (BOM Header) and subline item is -TAE (BOM Line item). One thing I found those line items are confirmed quantity is "Zero" those line itme showin in GTS status as "Completed item not revevent for chec". I have attached screen shot where you can see the status tab. Please let me know.

Hello Ravi,

So, If the line is complete in the ERP then there is no need for GTS to check. Right? That is standard functionality.

Hi Dean,

My user is still not convience and saying this is BOM sub-component material whether it's confirmed or not or completed but it should reflect in GTS. So I do not know how to handle.

Hello Ravi,

So to speak, yes. When you configure your GTS Document and Line Item Categories, you configure what services are rendered. Then you map the ERP Document and Line Items accordingly. That controls what compliance checks are being serviced in the document.
