GTS Archiving - Idoc & messages

Hi Experts,

I finalize archiving process but when I spoke with business there came some questions which I'm ot able to find answer on Launchpad, forum or by testing:

*when I archive IDOC then I cannot see anymore from declaration level which IDOC's numbers were processing message means when Igo to IDOC's there is nothing. On message log there is no IDOC number. Nevertheless when i talk to my business they claim that in Germany you need to prove whole communication, means Declaration->GTS IDOC ->xml message from SEEBURGER. Is this right? How in case of audit may I find in archive IDOC's which were processing messages for declaration?

*The other question came for archiving of EAD & messages comming from SEEBURGER. They are stored in content server which as per my understanding in typical scenario is area on GTS Database for storing data. Do we expect any archiving of those documents? Would documents be still visible on declaration? I could not find anything on it in SARA and google…

I found answers,

*Idoc connection in GTS is stored in table /SAPSLL/LEGCOM and you can access them from archived document level by Goto->Idocs->Display Archived Idocs (F6)

*Looking into google Content server is considered by some experts itself as archiving storage. I believe in my case quantities are not so hing that they could explode storage size.
