I applied OSS note - 2716358 and other relevant notes to be able to upload additional tariff & duty rates(B105) in the 105 schema. Also, applied notes for duty simulation program but I am unable to figure out how to establish the relation between chapter 98/99 HTS codes with primary HTS code for the system to include this additional duty when simulating duty in standard t-code
