I am running a GRR3 report 8A0 and I have some sales turning up as unassigned to a plant.
We had created a new item category and these unassigned sales all relate to this new item category.
The notion of the plant does exist on the sales order as well as the accounting document.
How / where can I check to ensure these sales show up assigned to their plant please?
I have checked the setup of the item category and it was done on the basis of a standard SAP item category (TAN). The TAN sales do show up correctly in my GRR3, assigned to a plant.
Do I have to modify my settings to include a new item category?
