GRDC Run Data Mapping, Import status error

Hi Expert,

I have case, when run "Run Data Mapping" tiles through GRDC all the mapping are run successfully, the run status will show "Request Sent" but after open the detail, the run status & import status change from Request Sent to an error status, picture as below:

Please your advice on input regarding this error

yes, I have no found error in import log, and in traceability log
