GRC12 : Issue with notification for Multi user access requests

Hi All ,

Facing the below Issue with GRC Multi User access request .

Request closure notification at end of request which is supposed to be send to the requester is sent to each user.

Example :

User: A is the requester

Users: B,C, D are the users

At the end of request . Users B,C,D are receiving email notifications as below :

Hi << User A >>,

The Request number: ## , has been processed and the Request is Closed.

Access Control Administrator

This works fine when requesting for Self and Others , the issue occurs only with Multiple option .

Did any one come across this issue and have a fix for this ?
