GRC12 ABAP report scenario is not working

in GRC12, abap report scenario is not triggered workflow item. Any clue?

What have you configured, what errors/log information area you getting, what have you tried to do or check??

I don't have much PC knowledge but I don't think your question is going to get much of a response as is

Hi Colleen,

I have created data sources and business rules and scheduled a job for the ABAP report sub-scenario. I have also performed pre-requisites in the target system in GRCPI/Overview tcode and report generated in the background.

Can you help me with the reason why ABAP reports are not being sent out to the control owner vie email or notification in the work inbox.
