I am in GRC10.1 SP11. I have been trying to use GRC to assign roles to existing multiple users or create multiple users in portal. So far I have been unsuccessful. I saw the SLG1 log and there is no provisioning info. Instead the log seem to be showing with what I found in SAP SDN for those people who have issue. The message has something like 'Call system Req.'.
There is no issue with individual user. I checked on the config and the post installation steps and they looked fine. Since we can assign or create one user, that means our WS set up is correct and system user has sufficient authorization.
Has anyone come across such issue? There is no provisioning log either from GRC. That means nothing was assigned after the completion of the ARM. The ARM is not in any error and has the status of completed each time.
