GRC10.1 access request submit error from IDM

Dear Team,

We are implementing GRC 10.1 and integrating it with IDM 7.2. We have done all the configuration for IDM, VDS and GRC but while I am trying to assign the role from IDM, its giving the error "

LDAP: error code 82 - (GRC User Access Request:82:Script execution failed)]; remaining name 'cn=10641003,ou=useraccessrequest,o=grc'

I checked operation.log and operation.trc file and in this file its showing error : invalid priority type". I checked the priority in GRC system and its maintained for web service GRAC_ACCESS_REQUEST but still getting the error.

Can any one please help urgently.

Have you searched through the forum and the archive? The LDAP 82 from VDS has been documented before as I recall.
