GRC: user search displaying - user not exists in Model user

Hi All, when i am searching for a end user for Model user.

system is showing no user found.

Can any one help in this.

Please check your User Data Source configured in tcode SPRO by navigating Governance, Risk and Compliance-->Access Control-->Maintain Data Sources Configuration

When no system configured, please configure and test the scenario. If issue exists please share some screenshots

Actually we have LDAP for the user source. when i add su01 and check the users are showing in DEV .

may be that might be the issue for this.

I wanted to know why the users are not showing, as the users will come from LDAP?
