GRC User Access Review for Manager Review - Manage Coordinators

Dear Friends, For GRC User Access Review for Manager [ users manager ] Review, how to Manage Coordinators for large number of user id's [ more than 15000 + user ], Considering daily managers moving from one profile to another or quitting jobs and with new managers replacing them

or

User's moving from one profile to another, result of which is again a manager change

1. With Manager as default reviewer for a user id - Should first all Managers ID and with One Coordinator be uploaded first ?

2. Should there be an additional daily manually process to first validate and then update Manager information if need be ?

3. Is there a report \ table of GRC which can list all Managers of all User ID ?

Hi Raj.

User managers are brought to Access Control via the Repository Synch and are stored in GRACUSER table.

They are not supposed to be maintained in GRC but on your user data source (like SAP HR, SuccessFactors or Microsoft AD, for example).

In one of the companies for which I worked we enhanced GRC to retrieve managers from a custom table of "business units managers". It wasn't so hard to implement because we had an API endpoint from which we could retrieve the updated business units of each user, but we had to develop a MSMP agent and also to customize the UAR request generation program.

You can check in GRACUSER table. But the options you requested is not possible by standard.
