GRC System is not picking Manager change details from LDAP Server

Hi Experts,

We have S/4 Hana on premise 1511 system with GRC and for Access request data source is LDAP, issue is when ever there is a change in manager in LDAP server, GRC Access request is not picking up the manager changes.

Suspect some kind of sync issue between LDAP and GRC.

Kindly help me to resolve this issue

Hi,

Kindly confirm if the real time LDAP search is enabled? if not, run the repository sync for the LDAP connector.
