GRC-SPM. No sessions available (user already logged off?)

Hello everybody,

Could anyone tell me how to resolve the problem with FF log off?

We use de-centralized FF. When consultant finish to work with FF, FF sessions is hanging on the appl.server. In SM04 we see the last tcode that was used by FF, if click on the FF user I get the text "No sessions available (user already logged off?)"

In SM21 I see the following texts:

This happens periodically and the only solution is to restart the appl.server.

Here are our GRC Plug-ins levels:

GRCPINW V1000_700 0019
GRCPIERP V1000_700 0018

The only notes some how related with the problem were about Kernel version, that notes were dated by 199x-200x. Our Kernel verison on the decentralized system is 722 EXT sp300.

Here is some information from dev_w* file:

As I can understand there is some problem with Role Memory, but why it is being reset?
