GRC SPM Log Notification Log Details

Hi All

I hope you can assist.

We currently on SAP GRC AC 12.0

Release V1200

SP Stack 10

Currently the logon notification of the Firefighter is correct and sending out mail alerts to the Owner.

The issue is the SPM Log, this sends out a notification, however under the Log Details link in mail it is empty?

Where or how is this configured ?

Dear SB,

the log details are not coming in the email. You can only use a few variables like %FF_USER%, %FFOBJECT% and like %CONNECTOR%. With the %LINK% variable, you can provide a link that allows the owner to check more details. However, they will not be present in the email itself.

Do you perhaps know where I find this config item in IMG or elsewhere?

The Link is empty - I would like to amend it to the GRC NWBC Logon screen for the Controller to logon and approve
