I’m running GRC Repository Sync against a non-SAP legacy system. The legacy connectors are configured and working. The role sync contains error message “Actions are not available” while executing the role action sync for legacy system. The user sync completes successfully.
I have the following legacy files populated:LEGACY_PERMISSION, LEGACY_ACTION, LEGACY_ROLE, LEGACY_ROLE_ACTION, LEGACY_ROLE_PERMISSION, LEGACY_DEFAULT_USER, LEGACY_USER_ACTION and LEGACY_USER_PERMISSION.
Tables GRACRLCONN, GRACRLCONNT, GRACUSERCONN and GRACUSERROLE all populate correctly.
Tables GRACROLEACT and GRACROLEPERM do not populate with any data from the legacy system.
Within an ARM request I can see existing legacy roles assigned to the user and can run a risk analysis against the legacy system and the existing risks showing up in the ARM request.I can add a legacy role to the ARM request. However, the risk analysis does not pick up any risks from the newly added legacy role most likely because of the role sync failure.
2 questions:
1) Does anyone know what the issue in the role sync could be?Error: “Actions are not available” while executing the role action sync for legacy system.
2) What are the other files that are being populated in the sync job that I should check? For example what files are getting populating for the User actions and permissions?
Request clarification before answering.
