GRC RM Risk Assessment Tab "Risk Control Self-Assessment" link

I am trying to active the follow link in attachments in my RM application, but i can't find it, maybe be a role is not set in my user...

Can you help me, how to active this link "Risk Control Self-Assessment"

Hello Naveen,

Are you trying to activate the heading 'Risk Control Self -Assessment' which has quicklinks underneath, its not possible. Its just a heading and holds no value or are you referring to the quicklinks underneath? please clarify
