GRC Requester First name and Last Name shows wrong Information in the FF Log review in the E-mail

Hi,

GRC Requester First name and Last Name showing incorrect Information fro the FF Log review in the E-mail. Requester Name, Requester First name and last name sent in the e-mail as GRC 12 instead of the user first name and last name.

Hi Venkat,

Even if you change the last name of the WF-BATCH it will not help with what you are expecting as its by design the Requestor of the FF Log will be always WF_BATCH not the end user(its always static not dynamically pull the actual end user), I hope it helps..

In GRC production for the WF-BATCH user last name is set as GRC 12 do we need to change that.

You see form the screenshot the WF-BATCH(GRC 12) is the reason for the requestor name.

WF-BATCH ID is used to send the emails, the question I asked earlier what is the BATCH user ID that's running to collect the Firefighter Logs from plugin system.

We are using WF-BATCH, parameter 1113 is set with WF-BATCH.

If I am not wrong the FF Log will be created by the background user ID that's running the job to create the logs, that's the reason the requestor details are populating with GRC 12...

What's the user ID that you use to collect the FF Logs?
