GRC "Request Status" not working

Hi,

We are having an issue in GRC where when the user logs in to the end user logon page, when they click Request Status it is showing "The website cannot display the page". What are your thoughts on this? This is on GRC 10.1

Hi, did you get this solved. We have the same issue in our systems after SP17 upgrade. SICF services are active. It works direct from NWBC screens but not through webservice connection. It is the only one not working from list of options.

Try accessing it through the link https://<your_server>:<your_port>/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/grac_powl_request_status.

If the same happens, maybe your GRAC_POWL_REQUEST_STATUS in path /default_host/sap/bc/webdynpro/sap/ is disabled at SICF.
