GRC Provisioning - How do you change multiple line items in an access request

Hello,

I have 125 difference assignments in an access request that need to have the provisioning status changed from 'Assign' to 'Remove'. How do you change all 125 at one time? I do not want to go through each line item, individually, to manually change the provisioning status.

good luck 🙂 you cannot change in mass. However, if you are adding the assignments from the "Existing Assignment" screen, then you can set the default provisioning action with parameter 2045. That way all the current assignments are changed from Retain/Assign to Remove.

My previous answer was not entirely correct. With later versions you also have the possibility to import roles to the access request. While importing, you can set the Provisioning Action either to 006 - Assign, 009 - Remove, 010 - Retain/Change Date. The import file can be prepared in Excel.
