GRC permission level usage report

Dear Friends,

Is there a permission level report similar to action usage report in GRC which displays authorization level values used by a specific user for a time frame of 2 years or more

Or

Do we have a option in SAP to find authorization object, field value usage report for a specific user over a period of 2 years.

This report is required for reduction of risk violations.

Hi,

I agree with Ramesh's answer, there is no standard report that would give you that information. The closest would be System Trace ST01, and you should have had it activated for the past two years, which is no good practice due to the amount of disk space it would consume. Also, I don't think risks reduction based on usage would be the best approach; a given risk is completely independent of whether or not the authorizations have been used, it just depends on if the user has them.
