GRC PC Disclosure Survey email notifications

Hi,

I have gone through the blog below to configure email notifications for GRC PC. However, these looks like a consolidated email which would be sent in a single email to individuals as reminders and escalations. The email notification gets triggered when SWN_SELSEN is executed.

I believe there is an alternate way controls owners, individuals get email when a plan is submitted in GRC PC. Can you guide me through the standard configs in order to achieve this?
