GRC PC 12: Creating assessments causes '500 Internal Server error'

Hi All,

Creating any type(MCP, CDA, etc.) of assessments in Planner results in '500 interval server error', with no ST22 dumps or SLG1.

Assessments were successfully created for the same objects last year, but not in 2021

Could you please suggest
