Hi experts.
Do we need GRFN_USER=02 to be able to create issues ? I've tried to set GRFN_API with * (just to see if its related to GRFN_API) , but still the button "Create" is disabled. Please advise. I need a role who can create and admin issues , but I wont give full access with GRFN_USER.
Do we need to maintain "Status profiles" for Issues before we can create an issue without GRFN_USER = 02 ?
(Status profiles for process control is not maintained in our client)
