GRC PC 10.0 - Offline PDF Processing - Submit Action not updating the work inbox

Hi guys,

We have configured OWP in our GRC system.I am able to receive PDF via email when we launch the plan,However, when we fill the interactive PDF form for control effectiveness test and submit it using the option in the PDF form itself, the workflow does not proceed ahead to close and the work items still remains in the work inbox.Can someone let me know what can be the possible issue.

Steps I have followed
Integrated ADS with GRC
SMTP is configured
created a service user and used the email id in configuring exit rules for inbound processing(so50)
scheduled a background job grfn_owp_sender
