Hi All,
Quick question !
When user enters into the GRC password self service portal the available systems on which the user is existing are not appearing - the fields are appearing blank w/o the system details.
Even though if attempted to search the systems are not getting pulled out.
This is only for few users, not for all....
What should be the fix here ?
My suspections are,
1. User details not maintained
2. User details not synched with AD
Kindly suggest the solution

Hi,
1. check if user is active in other sap systems i.e not locked and valid
2. run repository object sync job in grc system for LDAP/AD connectors.(SPRO->access control-> synchronization jobs)
3. Also run repo sync job for sap connectors.
