GRC Function Modification Duplicate Action

Hello

I´m trying to modify a function in GRC 12 but when I click "submit" to start the WF for approval I get a "Duplicate Action" Error and this doesn't let me continue with the approval process.

I´d already validated the function permissions but I don´t have any duplicated records.

Can you please maintain connector/connector group in configuration parameter 1022 and retest the scenario.
