Kindly help us to check the below error: while logged in as END USER, the user is trying to reset his password using the user self-service, but gets error “document Z_GRAC_CUP_PSS_NOTIFY not found”.
I have also successfully reset my password , so there’s no general problem in GRC.
We are obtaining the error in german language.
