GRC EAM transaction not working in FIORI launchpad

Hi All,

I have configured GRC EAM transaction "/n/grcpi/gria_eam" as a tile in FIORI launchpad.

When tried to access EAM transaction from FIORI launchpad, the initial logon screen together with pop-up to input Reason Code and Tcode details is showing up. However, after entering the details new session is not getting launched and nothing happens.

I am assuming this could be because of ABAP infra limitation which does not support multiple HTTP sessions. Therefore a user of SAP GUI for HTML can only work within a single session.

Can someone guide me on how i can configure EAM transaction in FIORI launchpad and make it working as expected?

Hi Bindu,

I have raised a message to SAP on the same issue and is pending response from SAP. However, I have come across a SAP note which states this as a limitation in Basis component version.
