GRC connection not bringing data

Hello!

I have an issue with a GRC system running in a netweaver 7.0 (only JAVA stack), where the connectors are working but it's not taking data when I do a risk analisys:

I don't know if it has to be configured on this way, but I cannot see anything in "Informer"-> risk analisys, data, User risk analisys.

Do you know how this works or any guide to configure it? I cannot find anything yet

First remove the DDIC user and create a new user for the connector. Secondly check at the back-end if there are any jobs executed when you run the extraction and if yes check the status of the job. and is the supplied Logon Group valid?

When you say - "not taking data when I do a risk analysis" Are you getting any error or message?
