GRC CCM Job Error

Greetings, I am having some of our CCM jobs error out.

How can I trouble shoot this issue to see the root cause and understand where in the process and what caused the error? I have several jobs that error out periodically that I would like to better understand why. Is there a way I can prove if the reviewer did or did not see and approve this CCM?

Hello Nathan,

You cannot control that someone cant see the error jobs.

But you can debug the job in SM37 by JDBG.

Also implement the note 238329 as that will help in debugging the sync jobs.
