I want to acquire more knowledge on MSMP in ARM. I searched for documents and videos and could only find the 7 configuration steps in MSMP.
I want to know the detailed information like how it is all connected like what is agent rule in Step 2 and Maintain agents in Step 3? how does the workflow triggers when the user raise request and how these agents and rules are used.
Please provide any link which is best suitable for gaining some insights on MSMP.
