GRC - Access Control - Initiator result 'CUA'

Dear Friends, GRC Access request is failing with this error message [ Screen shot enclosed ] in our Sandbox GRC System.

Initiator result 'CUA' (Rule ......) not mapped.

Initiator result " NEW_PROD'(Rule ........) not mapped.

Please let us know the steps to be followed for it's resolution.

Colleen, We have two issues going on concurrently. Other post is for GRC DEV and this post is for issue in GRC Sand Box. Please advice.
