We are on GRC 10.1 SP 14and planning to integrate with Service Now, As part of that we would like to have the status of a GRC Access Request posted to Service now on a periodic basis. Calling GRAC_REQUEST_STATUS_WS web service from Service Now would give the info, But this would cause lot of communication back and forth to find the status for each request. Is there a better way to update the status of a GRC Access Request to Service now request (May be GRC updating Service now on a periodic basis) ?.
