Hi All,
I need to pull data from AD into GRC AC's 'Maintain Master user id mapping'.
I am aware of the integration between GRC and AD/LDAP. But how will GRC pull data automatically for existing users in LDAP and for new users, as well.
Kindly suggest on this.

Request clarification before answering.
Do you mean you need to automatically populate the IMG step for Maintain Mapping User Id?
If so, it will get populated as part of object/user repository sync job. You need to maintain configuration parameter 1055 - Connector enabled for auto User Mapping in Repository
What do you mean for existing and new users? Do you mean a New user would exist in LDAP but not in SAP?

Hi Colleen,
Thanks for your reply. Yes, i mean automatic population from AD to GRC.if the same happens through sync job, i am ok with it.
And, i will try the rep sync job for AD/LDAP,
But 1055 is shown as below , from the official GRC 12 parameter config. guide. So, do i still configure this for LDAP

What do you mean for existing and new users? Do you mean a New user would exist in LDAP but not in SAP? - Yes

Hey Plaban
It was designed for SF (funnily enough, the note got released the same week I ran into the problem with a customer). I'm suggesting you see if it's possible to configure it for AD as well and see if it works for you. Try to follow the connector setup step for the field mapping
The configuration helps automatically populate that table when the user repository sync job is run so you don't have to manually add each user.
Cheers
Colleen
