GRC AC - risk analysis : No rules were selected

Hello

Our production GRC system was copied to DEV system. After the system copy we want to test request approval stage and risk analysis on DEV system for DEV backend system.

But when we doing Role or user level Risk Analysis, we get an error message "No rules were selected". We selected customizing rule-set while running the risk analysis.

System details;

SAP EHP 2 for SAP NetWeaver 7.0

Hello Musa,

Have you generated rules for DEV backend sysytem?As the system is copy of PRD GRC, the rules in the system might be for PRD backend (PRD ECC etc), and there are no rules for DEV ECC system.

Please check generated rules if there are any for DEV backend system(s). If not you have to generate rules.

Also, after system copy, you have to perform connector configurations as well. make sure these are in place. Let us know in case of issues.

Thank you first for the quick reply,

There is no problem with the connector structures. I can see DEV-ECC systems when I login to GRC DEV system. The rule set seems to run risk analysis. Can you help me with which steps I can take so I can generate it again?

Hello Musa,

You can check if entries exist in table GRACSYSRULE for your connector (ECC Dev).

If not, it means the rules are not yet generated.
