Hi All,
GRC 12 SP11
My decision table(DT) for Custom agent rule is returning only 1 Approver, i.e the 1st one matched. My DT has the input column of Role Name and Output/Result as the 4 standard columns of Agent Rule id.
I have read that all matched approvers can be returned, Can you please suggest how. Can this be achieved without DBlookup or Custom table
Regards
Plaban
Thanks for your reply. I went through your blog. it is quite informative.
Since i am customizing Agent rule, i managed to get multiple approvers through 2 DB lookups. But i am stuck finding/tagging the 2nd DB lookup in the Decision table(Results column User id)
1st DB lookup- Gets Role id from GRACROLE
2nd DB Lookup- Gets Role approver(s) based on Role id retrieved from 1st DB lookup
i am trying to see if i can manage to get the 2nd DB lookup. But i was wondering if multiple role approvers could have resulted from the Custom Agent if itself, as default
Regards
Plaban

Hi Plaban,
Not sure how your design your custom BRF+ rule either way, you can return more than one approver through routing object while designing your brf+, I would suggest you to review blog Easy and Simple BRFPlus Initiator rule based on GRC Access Control Object | SAP Blogs particularly Process 6 where you will get some ideas how to return multiple values back to GRC workflow
