Hello All,

I have one issue, when i add role in to access request for the user which is already assigned, it doesn't show me retain/change provisioning action instead it is showing Assign. Please advise how to resolve the issue?

Hi

This might be because you are adding role using "Add" --> "Role" functionality. For already assigned roles, click on "Existing Assignment" button and add role to request from here. Through this you will get "Retain/Change" action.

Alternatively, also check in SPRO if you have added this action in request type you are using at time of request creation.
