I have a business scenario to include the User Group in the Notification Template to be sent out to role approvers. We created the Z Function Module and the Z variable for user group. Linked it to the Notification variable Rule as well.
The email that generates now has the User group Field but not the value. I referred to Madhu Babu Sai's blog on the same issue, but we are stuck at the logic to fetch values for user group:
Request
Type: Change Account
Request Number: 168
User Name: PLACE TEST
User ID: TEST_FIELD
User Group/Location: %Z_USER_GROUP%
Please can anyone help here.
