GRC AC 12.0 has brought some new features and one of them is about Repository Object Synch jobs. However I have not been able to find detailed information on how to properly set them up and test.
Does any one know how this feature really works and how to set it up? Thank you!

Hello Ramesh, I understand all the jobs mentioned - I was looking for the 12.0 enhancement on parallel jobs. Anyway, I have already found the answer to my question. Thank you all very much for your responses. 🙂

Configuring Parallel Jobs
SOD Organization Variable Elements Synchronize.
Role Search (Search Attributes for Fiori Applications)–
Select this option to include roles for Fiori applications in the sync.
Sync Future Dated Assignments –
Select this option to include assignments that have a validity start date after today.
Sync Previously Failed Users –
Select this option to include users that were not successfully synced before.
IdM/IAG Role Import –
Select this option to include roles from integration with IDM (SAP Identity Management) and IAG
(SAP Cloud Identity Access Governance).
Authorization Data -
Select this option to include authorization data for all synched roles, users, and profiles.

Hi, thank you for your response. I understand the synch jobs are old and we have been fully running them in our environment.
What I would really like to understand is what exactly has been optimized for these jobs in AC 12.0 as this is considered as one of the new features introduced by SAP on GRC 12.

Repository OBject Sync jobs is old and delivered in all versions of GRC ofcourse, there are alot of improvement on this job in 12.0 . Either way, before your perform repository sync job you need to create connector to the system where you need to integrate GRC with. Once you configured connectors in your GRC system to your ECC/others and other post installation steps from installation guide, then it is pretty simple to execute the job "Repository Object Synch" from spro
