Dear All,
Forgive me if this has been asked before, I have searched and have found nothing.
A client of mine had a technical GRC upgrade done by another company. Now I'm having to fix some issues before we can perform the remediation. I've implemented a number of notes but I am unable to find anything for this.
When running the user risk analysis I am not able to see all results. The client has many conflicts and I believe that the results are so large its only showing a limited amount. There is no specific number it seems to get as far as the end of a particular user ID then stop. Initially I thought this was because it was including expired and inactive users, that issue is resolved now and I am still see a limited amount of users being reported. It works fine for critical actions as this is smaller.
I did wonder if its a file storage issue and has asked basis to look into it but so far I have had no response.
Is anyone able to offer any guidance as this isn't an issue I have come across before.
The client is on 10.1 and SP11.
Thanks

Hi Alessandro,
Thanks for your reply. Yes I am. It cuts off at the last result set and is still not providing the full result. I have implemented some recent notes to fix some other isses with incorrect numbers etc so I will see if that has any impact.
Thanks,
Dawn

Dear Dawn,
are you aware that the result might have several result sets?
