GRC AC 10.0 - Action column is disabled

I am facing issue with UAR in GRC 10. I have generated the data through background job. Now I am able to see the requests in request review tab. I opened one of the request, there is no action (Remove, Reject, Retain) I can select and there is no option for approval.

Hi Vijay,

In this scenario, I would suggest you to check the IMG parameter 2007 setting, please see below details for more clarity.

In spro, did you configured the parameter 2007 (Admin. review required before sending tasks to reviewers) if yes, then you need to navigate to admin review from NBWC --> Access Management --> Compliance Certificate Reviews --> Request Review
