We have a requirement from one of our customers where in the client is looking forward to integrate the GRC A.C with any of the ITSM Tool so that the MSMP workflows will be triggered as soon as the request is created in the Ticketing tool?
In case, you are using GRC version 10.1 then I would suggest you to utilize SAP partner service Greenlight for enabling any third party tool to integrate with GRC. For reference you can review KBA 2600265.
